You will need:
1 large bottle Heinz ketchup
5 tbls mustard
2 shakes of vegetable oil
1/2 can beer (6 oz)
2 shakes soy sauce
Italian seasoning (to taste)
worcherstershire sauce (to taste)
salt, pepper, oregano, garlic (to taste)
Mix all together well, add cut-up franks. Heat and simmer 20 minutes or until the franks plump. May be made ahead and refrigerated. May be made in a crock pot and heated until franks plump.
This makes a tasty, spicy cocktail frank for potlucks, snacks, or part of a buffet spread.
